Phantoms have chosen Things Up as a technology partner to engage guests for insight to improve fan experiences
(Lehigh Valley, PA) June 14, 2023– The AHL Affiliate of the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, has announced an agreement with Things Up to be the “Official Experience Partner” of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms for the 2023/2024 season.
After a successful BETA to end 2023, Things Up is working with the Phantoms’ marketing team to customize a suite of products and provide a winning formula for helping the Phantoms capture and promote instant feedback and insight from fans, VIPs, sponsors and staff..
By activating key touch points across the PPL center, website, email, sponsor sites and media network the Phantoms will better engage their audience and score more feedback. Some exciting new features exclusively launching with the Phantoms include our experience giveaway calculator, instant critical feedback manager SMS alerts, and curated smart response for all feedback.

Things Up will promote its Views Up product and mascot UPZY at games via video, signage and co-branding. Many of Things Up’s customers are already Phantoms’ sponsors, and we look forward to providing additional exposure to these locally recognized companies including American Bank, Lutron, Embassy Bank, Ciocca, and Vistacom. Additionally, the Phantoms will be using Reviews Up to help boost and manage its own public reputation.
